Katrina Smith, PsyD


Katrina-Smith-PsyD Licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with individual adults in community and college settings.

Katrina provides short-term and long-term therapy using a client-­centered approach. Her work is informed by the knowledge that clients’ current issues are affected by longstanding patterns of thought and behavior, so it can be important to help clients recognize
underlying factors contributing to their symptoms as well as work directly on relieving those symptoms.

Her approach to therapy is also enhanced by experience teaching classes in mindful meditation and stress reduction.

Amy Anderson-Reid, LMHC


Licensed mental health counselor with over 25 years of experience providing mental health and substance use treatment.  She specializes in providing supportive therapy to assist in reaching personal goals and resolving emotional conflict.  Special areas of expertise include supporting those with chronic illness, helping people to adjust to transitions, and addressing relationship concerns.  Also supporting those who are healing from companion animal loss.  Amy works with individuals and couples providing services from late teens to seniors.

In addition to childhood behavioral and school issues, Ms. Sferruzza’s specialties include women’s issues and life transitions. With empathy and compassion, Ms. Sferruzza helps her clients discover their inner strength and resilience as they create the lives they want and find the happiness they deserve.
